Gather Around the Fire for a Family Affair
By: Justin Green
A mix of passion for customer service, quality products and family tradition is what drives Circle J Fire Pits.
Operated and ran by father and son duo, Joe and Justin Jones, started going to First Monday Trade Days in Canton, Texas to show off their work and sell products to fair-goers. Eventually, they became popular enough to start selling out of their shop in White Settlement, Texas.
Word spread about the quality of their work and the company started to sell products to a well-known clientele, but that does not make them lose focus on who they are and want to be, a small town brand that sells to the nationwide public.
“We firmly believe the only customers we talk about are the ones we are talking to,” said Jones.
Now with sales representatives in Texas, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Missouri, the metal fabrication team still puts a large emphasis on supporting their local community and Texas high school students by hosting the Cowtown Welding Classic. This contest brings in high school students from Texas to compete for scholarship money.
Aside from their contest, Circle J sells products to high school metal fabrication shops for students to build and take to agriculture mechanic contests.
The company plans on staying family owned and small town operated for a while, the only thing they are looking to do is what they always do, improve the quality of their products.
“We’re constantly striving to improve our products and the quality of our products,” said Jones.
